Effective 27 October 2026. This page covers Capture Studio v1.6.2 and its product pages hosted on Picktool.ai. Capture Studio is published by ismailblogger pvt ltd and presented in Picktool Studio. Contact: meetismailblogger@gmail.com.
What the extension processes
When you use a feature, the extension can process the webpage or screen visuals you choose to capture, annotations, drawing layers, whiteboard content, plain-text notes, reminder settings, source links and preferences. Screen recordings may include camera, microphone or shared audio only when you select those options and grant the required browser/device access. Captures can contain sensitive information displayed on your screen; choose what to include.
Local processing and storage
Screenshot capture, annotation, image export, English OCR, video recording/editing, whiteboards and notes are processed locally in your browser. Preferences, notes and drawings use Chrome local extension storage. Recent source screenshots are stored in local IndexedDB. Recordings and edited screenshot projects stay in memory until exported; they are not automatically uploaded or backed up.
The default extension has no account system, developer analytics service, advertising tracker or automatic developer-server upload. The extension does not request the browser-history API, passwords or brokerage credentials. It is not a trading-signal service.
Permissions
Storage keeps local data and preferences. Active-tab access and scripting support user-activated capture and on-page tools. The existing TradingView host permission supports the original chart-overlay workflow. Access on other websites is optional. Optional tab capture records the chosen tab. Optional alarms and notifications support reminders you enable. Camera/microphone and screen-source access are requested through Chrome when recording starts. You can change site, device and notification permissions in Chrome and your operating system.
Sharing you choose
Download saves a local file. Supported native file sharing uses your operating system's share dialog. WhatsApp/email options download a file and open an external draft; you attach the file and choose whether to send it. External services process data under their own policies when you use them.
The default v1.6.2 package has no Google OAuth client ID, so Drive is setup-required and disabled. If the publisher later provides a configured build and you connect Google Drive, the extension requests the limited drive.file scope and sends selected files directly to Google's API to create private files in your Drive. Files are not made public by the upload flow. OAuth tokens are not stored in extension local storage or exported files. Disconnect clears Chrome's cached tokens; full grant revocation is managed in your Google account.
Retention and your choices
You can delete recent source captures, remove notes or drawings, export local backups, change permissions or uninstall the extension. Uninstalling removes the extension's local data in that profile; keep exported backups if needed. Removing local data does not remove copies already downloaded or shared with another service. Solid redaction changes the exported image, not the original source in Recent captures; delete sensitive originals separately.
Reminders and limitations
Reminders use Chrome alarms and operating-system notifications. They are not calendar synchronization and depend on Chrome running and notification permissions. Protected or virtualized pages can restrict capture; media formats depend on the browser and device.
Updates and contact
This policy will be revised when data practices change. The latest policy should remain available at the privacy-policy URL on the Chrome Web Store listing. For privacy questions or requests relating to this extension, contact meetismailblogger@gmail.com.
This website and optional Analytics
The product pages on Picktool.ai are separate from the installed extension. The website receives standard connection information needed to serve pages and assets, such as the requested address, browser information and network address. The webpage demos use sample content; they do not capture your screen or read your extension data.
Picktool loads Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. Essential only keeps the Analytics script unloaded. Optional measurement records visits to eligible public pages; it does not include your extension captures, account identifiers, email, support-message content, prompts or photos. Page addresses omit query strings and fragments, and referral information is limited to the referring origin. Google signals, enhanced measurement and advertising personalization are disabled.
You can change your choice using Privacy choices on these pages. Revoking consent disables further Analytics collection and removes accessible Analytics cookies. The website remembers your choice in browser storage.

Contact and support correspondence
The contact form prepares a message in your own email app; it does not submit the message or attachments to this website. When you choose to send it, your email provider and our Gmail mailbox process the correspondence. Share only the information needed to explain your request. Request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence by emailing meetismailblogger@gmail.com. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete captures stored only in your extension profile.
Questions or changes
We update this page when the described practices change. The Chrome Web Store listing currently links to the existing Capture Studio policy on ismailblogger.com; publishing this Picktool page does not change that listing. Privacy and support questions can be sent to meetismailblogger@gmail.com.
