Effective 27 October 2026. These terms describe use of Capture Studio and its Picktool-hosted product pages. Capture Studio is published by ismailblogger pvt ltd and presented in Picktool Studio. Questions: meetismailblogger@gmail.com.
What you are using
Capture Studio is a Chrome extension for screenshots, annotations, screen recording, basic video editing, English OCR, whiteboards and notes. The product webpage explains these features and includes labelled demonstrations. Installing the extension is a separate action through the Chrome Web Store; using a webpage demo does not install it or grant screen, camera or microphone access.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the material you create or supply. Use capture and recording features only where you have the necessary permission, consent and rights. Respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property and any website or organization rules that apply. Do not use the product for unlawful surveillance, unauthorized access or distribution of content you have no right to share.
Local files and backups
Save or export work you need to keep. Recordings and edited screenshot projects remain in memory until exported and can be lost when a page or editor closes. Local notes, drawings and recent captures depend on your browser profile and storage. Removing extension data or uninstalling can remove local work. Keep separate backups of important material; we cannot recover files that exist only on your device.
Feature boundaries
Full-page capture depends on the page structure; protected pages, infinite feeds and virtualized content can prevent complete results. OCR currently recognizes English and can make mistakes. Video editing is basic rather than multitrack; trimming renders in real time, formats depend on your browser and device, and recordings stop around the documented memory limit. Review output before relying on it or sharing it. Redacting an export does not remove the original source capture.
Installation, updates and third-party services
Chrome Web Store installation, browser permissions and updates are subject to Google’s applicable terms and controls. Third-party destinations you choose for sharing operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Google Drive upload is not enabled in the default v1.6.2 build and requires publisher OAuth configuration. The product is independent of Google, Chrome and TradingView; their names and marks remain their owners’ property.
Availability and future changes
The current listing offers the included extension tools without an account or personal API key. Features may change as browsers and the product are updated. This page does not promise perpetual availability, every future feature free of charge, or a particular outcome. Any future paid offer would need its own clear price and terms before purchase; this page creates no payment obligation.
Support and responsible use
Report problems using the contact page. Include the steps that reproduce a problem and your browser and operating system versions where useful. Do not send passwords or private captures by default. We do not publish a guaranteed response time. We may update product pages or withdraw features that no longer function reliably, with appropriate notice where required.
Accuracy, responsibility and your rights
The product and explanatory material are provided subject to their stated limits. We do not guarantee error-free output, uninterrupted availability or suitability for every use. You remain responsible for checking output, choosing what to record and keeping backups. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Contact us first if you need help with a concern.
Policy updates and contact
Revisions will be dated on this page. These terms do not replace Google’s terms or a separate agreement you explicitly make with us. For product or terms questions, email meetismailblogger@gmail.com.
